Fulin plastic company from Bien Hoa has collaborated with HCMc fashion designer Luong Thi minh Hoa.

Fulin and Luong Thi Minh Hoa

Fashion designer, Luong Thi Minh Hoa is collaborating with plastic and faux leather manufacturer Fulin. Minh Hoa is here at the plant with and Ly Bich Tran, Sales manager at Fulin plastics in Bien Hoa.

One feature of Fulin is its focus on their recycling and minimal waste policies. A walk around the factory shows the depth of this commitment, ribbons if plastic off cuts flow back into the main feeder for reuse.

Luong Thi Minh Hoa

Minh Hoa is a fashion designer and academic at a number of HCMc design institutions. Her passion for expression through materials and processes has drawn her to the MC project. This passion for fashion led her towards the University of Architecture, Fashion Design Department. My passion for learning and participating in fashion design contests in the country is a stepping stone for me to realize my dream of becoming a designer in the future. Stepping into the design team for children's companies such as Sun & Moon to the costumes of the SONKIM MODE brand has given me practical experience while being an academic. The challenge of the VietNam Collection Granfix has really opened up a new chapter in my life when it was awarded the grand prize in 2008. I was recognised as a young designer in Vietnam by participating in the fashion week of Spring Summer -Thu Dong, Ao Dai in Festival at Hue. These events have been the stepping stones to help me start to form and build the MinhHoa brand.

Lap Phoung

Min Hoa was also the recipient of materials from the Lap Phoung Factory. Minh Hoa will combine materials from both factories into her designs.
